TERMS OF SALE

1. SCOPE AND APPLICATION

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of products made by consumers through the W.Y. EDIT website (wyedit.com). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms of Sale.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We strive to describe and present our products (the W.Y. EDIT Black Box) as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and subject to stock availability. In the event a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you via email and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

3. PRICING AND TAXES (DDP)

All prices are quoted in USD. No Hidden Fees: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable customs, duties, and local sales taxes are already included in the final checkout price. You will not be subject to any unexpected charges upon delivery. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you confirm your order by clicking the "Pay" or "Checkout" button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart. A contract of sale is only formed when you receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment information is securely encrypted. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed processing times, transit times, and carrier information. The risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Standard Return & EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days (or 14 days under the EU statutory cooling-off period) from the date of delivery. Strict Hygiene Exception: Because our products are cosmetics applied directly to the eye area, the right of withdrawal and standard returns do not apply if the product has been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery. For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened products are strictly final sale. Please review our full Return Policy for instructions on handling defective items.

8. STATUTORY WARRANTIES

We are liable for any lack of conformity in the products and for any hidden defects. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@wyedit.com with photo/video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
